These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AI GrownLeads website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide digital marketing, design & branding, and AI services (automation, consulting and training). The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, quotation or service agreement, which forms part of these terms.
2. Engagements & quotations
- Quotations are valid for the period stated and are based on the information you provide.
- Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any agreed advance or retainer is received.
- Changes to scope may affect fees and timelines and will be agreed in writing.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, necessary access (e.g. ad accounts, website, brand assets) and to ensure you hold the rights to any material you supply to us.
4. Fees & payment
- Fees, advertising budgets (ad spend) and applicable taxes (e.g. GST) are as stated in your proposal or agreement.
- Advertising spend is paid to the relevant ad platforms and is separate from our service fees.
- Invoices are payable by the due date stated; late payments may pause ongoing work.
5. Intellectual property
Final deliverables created for you become yours on full payment. We retain the right to display completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio and case studies unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Results & limitation of liability
We bring experience and best practices to every engagement, but marketing and advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the relevant service.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
