AI GrownLeads provides digital marketing, design and AI services. We do not sell or ship any physical products. This policy explains how our digital services and deliverables are delivered.
1. Service delivery
All services and deliverables, such as campaigns, designs, websites, content, reports, automations and training, are delivered digitally via email, shared drives, project tools, or directly within the relevant platforms (e.g. your ad, website or CRM accounts).
2. Delivery timelines
- Timelines are agreed upfront in your proposal or service agreement and depend on the scope of work.
- Ongoing services (e.g. campaign management, retainers) are delivered continuously through the engagement period.
- Timely delivery depends on receiving the required inputs, approvals and access from you.
3. Handover & access
On completion and full payment, final files and access are handed over to you. We will confirm delivery by email, and you are responsible for storing your copies of final deliverables safely.
4. Support
If you have not received a deliverable you expected, or need re-sharing of files, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
