This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by AI GrownLeads. Because we provide professional, time- and resource-based services, the terms below apply in addition to your specific proposal or service agreement.
1. Cancellation by the client
- You may request cancellation of an ongoing engagement by giving written notice (email) as per the notice period in your agreement.
- Work already completed, in progress, or committed up to the cancellation date is chargeable.
- For monthly retainers, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refund eligibility
- Advance or setup fees cover onboarding, research, strategy and planning and are non-refundable once that work has begun.
- Where a service has been paid for but not yet started, a refund may be issued after deducting any onboarding or third-party costs already incurred.
- Advertising spend (ad budget) already spent on platforms such as Google or Meta is non-refundable, as it is paid to those platforms, not to us.
3. Non-refundable items
Completed deliverables (e.g. logos, designs, websites, content, strategy documents), custom development, third-party fees, tools and licences, and any work already performed are non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@grownleads.com with your invoice details and the reason for your request. We review every request fairly and will respond within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timelines for the amount to reflect in your account depend on your bank or payment provider.
